Valerie Branch

Valerie Branch is a dance educator, arts integration specialist, and early childhood leader committed to equity, whole-child learning, and culturally responsive practice. She currently serves as the Director of Teaching Artists and Early Childhood Education at Arts for Learning Maryland, is a Wolf Trap Master Teaching Artist and Nationally Credentialed Teaching Artist through Young Audiences Arts for Learning. Valerie has taught and performed nationally and internationally, using dance and creative mindful movement to support expression, connection, and social-emotional development in schools and communities. Through her work as an artist, consultant, and facilitator, she partners with teaching artists, administrators, educators and caregivers to build confidence and sustain joyful, arts-integrated learning experiences for children.
