Growing up in a military family, Erin has lived in 12 states and one foreign country before putting down roots in the New Orleans area in 2009. In 2015, she made Mandeville her home base and has since become involved in the Northshore’s nonprofit, arts, and philanthropic communities.

In 2019, Erin joined Young Audiences of Louisiana, where she now serves as Director of Development. In this role, she channels those passions into expanding access to arts education and creative experiences for children and families across Louisiana.

Following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2022 and treatment in 2023, Erin brought that same spirit of creativity and connection to her survivorship, becoming a devoted advocate for others affected by breast cancer. She is actively involved in several “Pink Initiatives,” including The Pink Ladies, a spirited group of survivors who bring joy, positivity, and encouragement to St. Tammany Health System events, and Care Share, a program that creates and distributes thoughtfully curated surgery-support baskets filled with comfort and recovery items for individuals preparing to undergo a double mastectomy. In 2026, Erin co-founded Pink Cares, a monthly support group born from a desire to create the kind of connection and community that can make a difficult journey feel a little less isolating.

Creativity is also an important part of Erin’s life outside of work. A visual artist, she works in watercolor, collage, and pen-and-ink Zen tangle-inspired art, reflecting her love of color, texture, and mindful creativity. She is also a passionate event curator who loves designing experiences that bring people together and support meaningful causes.
