Super Summer - Old Bayou Road
A meaningful arts education experience that will leave you smiling.
Young Audiences of Louisiana’s Super Summer community events are interactive arts education experiences designed to promote literacy and connect with children, infant to age 8, because we believe that arts education is super. In fact, it is so super that it creates endless opportunities for child development. With arts education, the future is bright 😎
At Super Summer, we take some of our most popular workshops and merge them into one morning of fun. All activities are led by professional teaching artists who have been trained in child development and have years of experience crafting active learning experiences through the arts.
Join us as we celebrate Juneteenth Freedom Day with morning including a pop-up ArtsPlay!™ workshop and Freedom Circle as well as a Visual Arts project. All children will receive a free book, a snack, and a surprise special gift.
It sounds like fun, because it is. Your little ones will agree.
